Public Folders App App Reviews

Great App!

But please add multi server support! I really need to access more than one Exchange server.

Good start, needs some work

Quick response from the developer when I emailed. The review gets a 4th star when the updated fix is in the App Store, and a 5th star when I can add/edit entries to the public calendars!

Great app

as long as the update follows in January I will be giving 5 stars and lots of purchases for all clients

New Version Buggy

Im on the latest update now having had this app for nearly 3 years and it crashes when I open a particular folder. It used to be rock solid but required manual refreshing. Hoping it gets fixed soon or else Ill need another app.

Junk

Cant get it to work. Nothing at all useful on their web site. Dont waste your time (or money).

Very useful

This is a very useful app for a paperless meeting. Please provide an app for the iPad version soon!

Does not work.

Just displays some error that there are no public folders available which is not true in my case. Will try to get a refund.

Great app, but it have small "bugs"

Photo it public folders not save in local addressbook ;(

nice app

too simple graphic but this is really easy to configure and does everything an app like this has to do. maybe a bit too expensive

keeps on crashing with large number of items

older releases worked OK. this one keeps on crashing with large number of items.

Still broken

How many times am I going to receive this ***#% message before the developer fixes the crap they broke in their own software? My iPhone has a slightly older build and it works fine. Im in the IT biz. I have tried multiple incarnations of configuring the account. Even tried a sync with some of my clients exchange servers. Replicated my iPhones config. I emailed support. No response. Nothing! Get off your asses and fix this please! (steps down from soap box) The specified server version is invalid The specified server version is invalid The specified server version is invalid The specified server version is invalid The specified server version is invalid The specified server version is invalid The specified server version is invalid The specified server version is invalid The specified server version is invalid The specified server version is invalid The specified server version is invalid The specified server version is invalid

Works but times are off sync

It basically works...if youre needing to view an overall day of events. But the specific times are an hour off. If its at midnight, it shows up the day before at 2300 hours. Theres no way to adjust it within the app so its really hard to know if the day is accurate or not. But otherwise it at least shows the events.

No support.

Cant see my public folder containing tasks. No reply to two emails to support. I can think of better ways to waste my time and money.

Disappointing Customer Service

I purchased this app quite a while ago and loved it for quite some time. However, in the last few months, I have not been able to view PDFs saved within the calendar. I understand there can be bugs that need to fixed, so I emailed Public Folder support to let them know of the issue. After emailing approximately six times in several months, I had never received a response. I even mentioned in my last email that I would write a negative review if I did not hear back in hopes that I would at least get a response acknowledging the problem. But I have heard nothing. I am disappointed in the customer service.

Fix the connection problem!!!

After the last iOS update the app has connection problems. Please for the love of God!! Fix it asap. Thank you kind sirs

Not Bad, but still a little buggy

This application is actually not a bad app. I can see where the developer is going with this last update and I like it. The last update did actually fix some things for me because before this I was unable to sync at all with our Exchange server (I had already upgraded to IOS 5). There are still a few bugs though with this product like the connection error message that randomly pops up and the authentication error message that pops up periodically and then goes away. The other feature that doesn’t work yet is the ability to dial out from a Contact List in the public folders area. The email feature though does work with the default email application (which I like).

Finally, public folder access

Easy to set up. It works, but I wish it would export to the devices calendar and also have native iPad support(although they say its days away).

Great!

The last couple updates really made this app work! Good job!

Works Well

This app works well, as described. I hope they will add a feature to contribute to the public folders. Adding that feature would make this app perfect.

Still has issues

The idea is an excellent one, but the delivery of the idea in practicality is still in progress (hopefully). My biggest complaint is that recurring events on calendars in my public folder do NOT show on the calendars - only single events. And since most of my events are recurring ones, I am unable to use it yet for what I need. Hopefully this will be fixed soon. All of my distribution lists show up but one - which instantly crashes the app each time I attempt to open it. Not sure why. Im hanging on, optimistic that the developer (who cannot seem to be contacted, or at least does not reply to messages) is still working on fixes - with the money were all paying for the app.
